  • Mr Olivier Jalbert, Principal Officer for the Social, Economic and Legal Matters of the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity
  • Mr Aristide Nononsi, Associate Director of McGill Centre for Developing-Area Studies who worked at the International Labour Organisation
